Overview

Designed to compliment the s, X and 6 series, the superb finish and sound of the SW103 has at its price point gained many admirers. Available in the standard Ivory and piano Black that many associated with Usher, it can also be found in wood finish to match the starter s520 series. Featuring a single 10 inch drive unit its comes with a 150w internal power amplifier. The efficiency of the drive unit negates the need for a large power hungry amplifier inside. The sound is superb and compliments well the deep bass found in all Usher products, something many Magazines try and hide from you. Sub woofers are an interesting phenomena, yes if you want powerfull room shaking bass then often they are essential, however, its the control of bass that is a lot harder to realise in a design. Control that gives you a sense of realism to sound effects and is absolutely key if the subwoofer is to be used to partner a 2 channel system, to add extra weight to the lower frequencies.
