Overview

How does it work? A conventional USB cable will contain a foil shield, any noise or interference travels up and down this shield the along the length of the cable. the delicate musical signal is carried along the conductors, the conductors that run next to the shield. In comparison the Entreq cable is completely unshielded, but the noise/interference that is  present is simply drained away to the box. Due the nature of computers/laptops  they are inherently noisy using very inexpensive power supplies to keep costs down, but they inject noise right back where it’s not wanted.

The Primer Pro USB simply majors on being musical and really engaging, it is fast becoming the most popular USB cable we have in our portfolio and for good reason, by lowering the noise floor it increases detail, texture and tone.  I’ve taken USB cables in part exchange that originally cost getting on for twice the price of this cable. The benefit offered by the Primer Box is not subtle, lots of people are sceptical over USB never mind the concept of Entreq signal grounding, but this is genuine eye opener product.
