DELIVERY

Please state the delivery address clearly if differ from your credit card, received items must be acknowledged with signature from a recipient (except items sent by post which are small enough to fit into your letterbox). Please keep the receipt enclosed.

When you add products to your Shopping Cart, the appropriate delivery charge will be updated automatically, you will see the amount of charges breakdown before submitting your order.

Delivery date is based on our schedule from or courier service, small parcels may be delivered via GDex, from the next working day subject to immediate availability and may take up to five working days.

We do not deliver to Post Office Box (P.O.) or shipping agent address, the time of arrival is between 10am and 6pm.

We will select the most appropriate carrier for your items and may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your purchase is transported in the best method based on its weight.

Whilst every effort are made to meet the delivery date, delay due to unforeseen circumstances may occur and will resolve any discrepancy that arise diligently in case of damage from transport service.

POSTAGE

You will only pay one delivery charge per order according to the postcode, no additional charge if you add additional items.

 

RETURNS

Item sold is not returnable or refundable, but we are open to make special arrangement at customer’s request with reasonable compensation provided that the items are not opened. Return and corresponding address:

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel your order prior to shipping at no penalty cost and full refund to you if payment has been received, all orders processed before 12PM are dispatched the same day.
