Perfect Sound cones and spikes improve the performance of most Hi-Fi and home cinema components by both holding more rigidly and improving their isolation from mechanical feedback (see below)
Discs are used to protect surfaces from cones or spikes.
80710 Discs Black (6)
80720 Discs Gold (6)
80718 Discs Black (8)
80728 Discs Gold (8)
Ideal for speakers, DVD Players, Subwoofers and other Hi-fi/Home Cinema Components.
DVD Players
DVD players are now the most widely used source component for home theatre systems. When supported by Perfect Sound Spikes, the delicate laser scanner inside the DVD player can more accurately read the DVD disc’s surface. This creates less work for the player’s error correction system, resulting in more natural and accurate reproduction.
Loudspeakers
Sir Isaac Newton discovered that every force involves an identical counterforce. When a loudspeaker bass cone moves forward the reflex motion pushes against the cabinet, the tweeter moves with it, blurring fine details within the sound track.
Perfect Sound cones hold the speakers firmly in place. The mass of the speakers is concentrated onto four tiny points ensuring maximum stability and preventing any cabinet movement. Movie Soundtracks appear more open and refined, bass lines become faster and more controlled. The spikes are even more effective when you have a centre speaker placed on top of your T.V
T.V cabinets are generally plastic hollow boxes and greatly colour the sound, when the vibrations of the speaker cabinet transfer down through into the T.V
Using Blue Tack to fix the speaker in place will not help matters!
Perfect Sound Cones will stop this colouration and make the centre channel more dynamic and open sounding.

There are a lot of words spoken about HDMI; some accurate, some not so accurate and some, frankly misleading.
