Terms & Conditions
 

  1. This warranty is valid within malaysia only.
  2. For registering your warranty card or warranty online, owner of our product are entitled for our 5 years warranty. Warranty comprises of free parts and labour charge for the first year and free labour charge for the second year to fifth year. The period of warranty commences at the date of purchase. The warranty only assumes validity if the date of purchase is confirm by an sales receipt or invoice issued at the time of purchase. If CMY AUDIO & VISUAL SDN BHD is not in the possession of this receipt, you may liable to pay the costs of any repair.
  3. The warranty only valid for technical fault, and it does not cover the following damages:
    • Normal wear & tear, and defects which have inconsequential effect on the value or performance of the product.
    • Any unauthorised disassembly, service repair, alteration or modification being carried out.
    • Misuse, abise, negligence or accident howsoever caused.
    • Rough handling.
    • Any nature disaster.
    • Damages and scratches of equipment.
  4. For loudspeakers, the following conditions are excluded from the warranty:
    • Amplifier distortion, power surges, overload, burnt crossover or voice coils.
    • Artificial boost to the musical signal created by excessive tone controls, graphic equalizers or loudness controls.
    • Transporting the speakers or leaving them in direct sunlight or damp condition.
    • Abuse by children or animals. 
  5. Within the period of warranty, we will remove any deffects in the product due to materials or manufacturing faults.
  6. Carriage and return carriage charges are the customer's responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.
  7. This warranty will be void if the serial number on the equipment has been defaced or removed.
  8. CMY AUDIO & VISUAL SDN BHD shall not be liable for consequential loss or damagers, including loss of profit resulting from the product.
  9. CMY AUDIO & VISUAL SDN BHD has the right to change the contents of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

NB : ANY ALTERIAN OR IMCOMPLETE INFORMATION WILL RENDER THIS REGISTRATION VOID.
