Refund & Exchange Policy
 
  1. Goods sold are not returnable and exchangeable. *
  2. All products are quality-checked (Q.C) before dispatch, quality goods are ensured.
  3. We do not guaranty the quality & condition of shipment, as it is beyond our control.
  4. Incorrect & damaged item due to shipment handling fault is exchangeable. **
  5. Replacement item will only be shipped once we have received the return-item.
  6. Replacement item is out-of-stock, we will refund the value of item in 14-days.***
  7. Refund is can only be done with direct bank-in mode.****
  8. Exchange of online-purchased-item is process only by head-office, not at our outlets.
  9. Order cancellation- CMY has the right to cancel an order any time without prior notice.
  10. CMY has the right to change the contents of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

*This include reason(s) of: wrong size and/or color-favor and/or change-mind and/or damage due to improper handling/caring/usage (applies starting from the next calendar-day after goods receive).
** It is highly recommended to check your parcel immediately after receive. Any damage/dirty/wet incur to the containing product should report to us soonest possible before end of the day. This will help us to claim service warranty from the transportation provider, in return, protecting the right & benefit of both seller & buyer.
*** This is the time frame required for us, ipay88 (payment gateway provider) or bank to process the refund request.
*** The refund will only bank-in to your bank saving account, our staff may contact you on behalf of this matter. It is always advisable to provide valid & reachable contact information during shopping.
